Acquisition of a Lur: November 23, 2024 from a Swedish Interiors/Antique collector

Trying out the lur at a friend's apartment


Playing it outside for the residents :)


Birch bark around the spruce interior is beautifully intact.


Two longitudinal halves were glued together before birch bark was wrapped around.

Length: 132.5 cm
Tuning: B-flat (European: B)

 

Original Mouthpiece end: Very rough
