Mürren
Being in the alpine village of Mürren is an amazing experience. We spent 3 nights at the Hotel Alpenruh, with great views, helpful staff, a wonderful restaurant, and right next to the gondola station for Gimmelwald and Schilthorn. Mürren has been a place I have dreamed of visiting since 1980 :) It was truly a dream come true.

Taking the cable car from Lauterbrunnen to the transit station at Grütschalp,
where we take a
narrow gauge electric railway to Mürren.
The combination of cable car + railway is called the BLM
(Bergbahn Lauterbrunnen-Mürren)
